Meet the Nexon Customer Support Team

So, from what I understand, you can't just be a "GM" at NEXON. You must do something else to get a GM character, like be part of the Customer Support Team. Obviously, the people who are part of the Customer Support Team or other teams, have other things to do, like reply to people's tickets, instead than go in-game and ban hackers. Well, they sometimes have time, but they can't stay in-game 24hr a day.
