Would be quite amusing if everybody camps out at the Keep gates, and the PQ ends up starting at Cavern of Pain (where Jack Barricade is).
Jack did say he couldn't lead "an entire army" in the way he came out, but 10-20 people isn't an army. And that could explain the underwater bits and the need to climb a lot.
