Best way people could contact me in game is to try to whisper me at like 1pm est / 1:30pm est. That's when I usually log on right before the run. Dont bug me about it just ask me if I already have a skill looter (TT for example). Also when you are whispering from a char that doesn't need the skill mention the name of the character you want the skill on cause I always check if it is on rank else dont bother whispering me. If this list stays up to date I'l most likely try to follow it unless guildys/buddys/zrunners need a skill they can usually go ahead of others. From what I remember I never really tried whispering skill looters just cause I'm busy with other stuff before runs so if you message me I can let you know if I have a slot for you.
The runs I organize atm are Monday,Tuesday and Thursday so only ask for those days else try to msg Lightkun / DarkKratachi. And yeah try to be nice since we are doing this for free dont be anoying. Simple if I dont like you or I know you have done wrong things in the past I wont bring you.
