Yeah, I heard about this, too. It was the leader's wife that offended one runner telling him to shut up(after being told not to do it again), only because the runner was talking with someone else(like everyone else). This lead to the sad events of this runner summoning Horntail and then hitting the leg, causing a big number of deaths. The vast majority of the community declared this runner as innocent, because they agree that he was provoked.
