I read all that in my head with the same fast pace that you probably would have spewed in my face, all giddy and excited.
If I recall correctly, they rewrote the Computer Software CEO guy to be his teacher. The Minus/Master Root thing is just screwed up. There's no save to that fall, and if Keita wants to live, he'll have to become a Minus Root. Which means he'd be the villain. And yes, Shingo wasn't a sub, he just died from extreme old-age.
When I started this show, I was expecting lots of epic blood and epic fight scenes. What I got was almost no blood whatsoever, and so-so fight scenes that flux between awesome and really slow, crappy movement that's rehashed every few seconds.

"I wonder what should be in this frame..."
"This photo material is good. Let's make it like this!"
"Yeah, I think its easier to draw a photo because it's very clear."
"Besides, it has cool buildings, ne? What does this company do?"
