Yeah. If you're godly enough that upgrading 4 stats on your equips costs hundreds of mils, which isn't entirely implausible, it's not too bad to MTS away 4k NX a month for that boost.
But frankly, I believe that all that's pretty pointless no matter how you look at it :/
