I like this new feature. They could use it for some quests, like the one of the Nautilus where the whale asks you to get the power from a stone and then transforms back to its original human form. Too bad, it lasts for a few seconds, then it returns back to whale (makes no sense :f6
, but they could like store the quest's informations in the server so that if you completed the quest the server will PERMANENTLY show that NPC as an human, and if you didn't it will show the NPC as a whale.
