Well, I assume that they would do this for all the elements, right? Then again, if they do, the Holy damage bonuses may be a problem considering how Bishops are already over-represented in MS. And I assume this counts for all element attacks, including Paladin charges, NL and Shadower poison attacks, and even Blizzard for MM and Inferno for BMs, right?
And if they would implement that, there's the concern of complaints from classes that can't take advantage of that...
