Bowmasters > NLs as far as Damage Over Time. Even with perfect equips for both (The gap widens the weaker the equips)
Bowmasters have Damage over NLs, NLs have speed. If anyone has the raw power, It's Bowmasters.
If you're comparing the 2 in a party, then who cares which one is stronger? They're both dealing massive damage, and they're partied, so there's no reason to compete.
