Ok, I got some solid numbers:
Wind shot is 54 shots per minute.
Magnum Shot is 58 shots per minute.
These are pretty much consistent with the firing numbers reported earlier. This is measured using a Vaulter 2000 and Booster.
Also, you can use Strafe, Arrow Rain, etc. while in the transformation. All usual skills are still available to you, as previously assumed.
