Here's the quest UI alteration I mentioned earlier.

They haven't adjusted this for all quests yet, only a few. Basically that bottom window down there shows the reward of the whole quest chain, and it'll indicate who you need to talk to and what you'll need to collect.
I really don't like having the quest window this long, it's hard to use it well like this.
