Why is 'keeping down the 2nd stat' so important anyway?

You have to realize that a level 160 weapon would have about... 20-30 more weapon attack than an equivalent level 100 weapon, depending on the weapon. That's definitely worth dumping 60 AP straight into secondary stat, and more extra secondary stat bonus is just that, extra.

Nexon seems cautious on putting out new HIGHER leveled weapons.
It seems we tend to get lower 2ndary stat requirements or higher speed.
Speaking of which..
We have the Crushed SKull.
Hopefully that axe is 2 handed Fast 4/5 speed with a Dex req.
