25k+ KB will be great to make melee needed to keep a monster back. I doubt NL's are going to apple + SE during every PQ. You're going to end up using a LOT of apples if this is what you plan to do. Save an apple and bring a melee class.
Make the mobs immune to holy. Solve's the "bishop replaces a mage" problem.
Let a boss use physical defense up alot, and mages will be wanted even more.
Keeping a monster back is not needed now at all, any of the warriors can already do that with rush. I thought you said on last post, keep a high touch damage so you have to keep it away from the distance so that reply was with that in mind. If the boss is pretty powerfull with lots of hp, the NLs will most likely use apple anyway to take it down much faster. NLs today can already hit over 20k with SE near level 150 you don't even need apple for that. The DrK, Heros will always be there as they are part of the wanted classes and their damage is good at the same time.
Making mobs holy immune and summoning them at a crazy rate would need an AM there for sure, but if I read some peoples replys including yours correctly, people don't want that class requirement put on the pq. Yes with this you don't exactly have to have this class to go in, but if you want the pq to be successfull you need one for sure. If there isn't going to be huge number of summon, any warrior can fit this job and clear mobs quickly and dish out good damage to the boss. We are bassically talking zakum now, mages were taken to zakum before for mob control but now most of the other job can do the same at zakum.
Put a lot of defence up? thats just going to piss off even more people since mages will take forever with their "crappy" 1 vs 1 damage. This will make other classes want to use apple and finish off the boss really quickly without risking a failed pq. Its not going to make them want to take mages instead. Paladins maybe able to get in if the boss was holy weak but still at a low rate compared to NL + BM parties who still do more damage due to SE.

Tokens add an extra 40k or w/e exp that is recieved at the end of pq. That way you don't need to diversify your party but if you do you reap a better reward?
Yes this is just like stereo mentioned. If you have better reward for taking all the available sub classes, the bonus room is available longer. So people won't say no to the unwanted classes that are trying to get in the pq. I really like this kind of idea, hope they really do put in something like this.
