It would cycle through all the different elements, meaning a mage would be no good. You would need a paladin since it had all the elements needed. Or maybe a room that only one person can go in that has 4 monsters/reactors that need to be hit with the different elements to activate or unlock something.
I think that a neutral-resistant monster would be an interesting addition to the game but they don't exist yet making it harder for Nexon to add.
Making stuff in such a way that all the classes can do it but end up with different results at the boss would be interesting.
Eg. a room where the monster buffs up +2000 attack (resulting in doing over 30k touch). Dispel and Power Crash would take it off, letting everybody pass, Smokescreen would let you sneak through it, Dark Sight alone would be enough to get a couple players in. So depending who is in the party, you send a different person or group of people to that room. Depending how many different classes get through, youd be able to complete different tasks in the next stage, giving a different result in the end.
Would be neat if you just got +10 seconds of bonus for every class, so the best party (13 subclasses incl. 90+ beginner) got 130 seconds in the bonus stage, while the more typical NL+BM+Bishop+DK would only get 40 seconds, but be easier to form.
Coordinated JQs would also be fun (imo
)... each player has to hit a switch to unlock the next section for someone else, drop an item in a certain place to open a bridge, stand on a certain platform to "hold down the switch" while someone else goes up, etc..
