No. It is not an "unequal advantage". 480m for 1~3 extra stats isn't a very high advantage, and even so, it's available to all, not just to you, not just to certain classes, and not only that, it doesn't give you much at all for the amount of money channeled into it.

Since it is available to all however, then it is not an "unfair" advantage.

ps. If you don't understand my 2nd point, don't try to argue that it's wrong.

I'm not saying it's wrong, I'm saying that the "unfair" part is wrong. If it truly were unfair, then the punishment you proposed would be a fair punishment.
