If Nexon made the vault items untradeable, it would address a lot of people's concerns:
- does not devalue previous elemental weapons since those can be re-sold - it maintains the rarity of the previous tradeable weapons
- prizes are worth it and only obtained by people who have gone through the PQ, and not something you can simply transfer to a lower level character
- some have said recent events have made the rich richer; if the new items can't be traded, they have intrinsic value but no economic value
- low levels can't get these items, but they can get the scrolls that can enhance these items and can benefit in that way
I like their approach in designing the lunchbox. Very nice base stats, but the untradeable flag is the unique thing about it. You can put in billions of mesos to enhance it (10% + white scroll or using GM scroll), but the weapon's worth is only to the owner since it can't be resold.
