You always hear about people losing their answers to their questions.

They probably got tired of all the Customer Service tickets they got about it, so they just deleted it.

If majority of the players don't even know the real answer to it, what would be the point of them?

That's the way I see it. Even though your account is less secured now. Goggleemoticon
