If they hack on account 1 and buy leech on account 2, who gets banned? Maybe the 1st account, but probably neither. And one of them is even considered "legit". Seems like a pretty good deal.
If someone buys mesos from 3rd party sites (rather than MTS), they're directly paying people to hack their server. Which is kinda counterproductive if you want to reduce the number of hackers.
On the other hand, Nexon makes money from this, cause the meso sellers all use double drop cards. So it's not really in their interest to ban these people. :x
Basically your saying everyone who leeches is a hacker, and has another hacker account supporting their leech money.
Leeching itself is legit, so that still wouldn't make them a hacker.
Your argument would be true in any other situation, not just leeching. But you still can't say leeching is not legit overall, just because some hack on other accounts.
