Adding slots to items cost much more than HP washing. Keep in mind each slot takes 450m and really isn't worth it unless you have all your equipments fully upgraded.
Jumpcasting is a "glitch" that Nexon DID NOT design, period. It is NOT part of their code, it is NOT something they can control. It is an issue with hardware, interrupts and concurrency. This is like how you typed something, slipped your finger and ended up pressing 2 characters. Notepad, MS Office etc will print out 2 characters concurrently. The order of those 2 characters is being determined by the slight micro-seconds that we human cannot process (normally).
Jumpcasting isnt something Nexon designed, so they cant say it's a glitch, unless they're going to change the OS itself. They carry no authority in labeling it a glitch, and so are you. Is it an unintended feature? Perhaps, but the very basis they built their game on works that way. The computer has the ability to switch between processes so fast that it makes you "feel" that things are being running simultaneously. Technically, however, you're pressing 2 commands at 2 different instances, which explains why sometimes you can jumpcast, while other times you cannot.
As for adding slots, the "implication" is what I was talking about. The potential it poses is just "game-breaking". While it might cost the same as HP washing now, the benefits you get out of this is a lot greater than HP washing. Keep in mind that there was a limit on how strong one could get.
