Though the plot is a little confusing, since the Neuroi are gone, although there is potential considering that one witch crashed landed with the letter at the end

While a new plot (development of the past, expanding on the conspiracy of Neuroi testing, arrival of a new enemy, etc) would be appreciated and most probably enjoyable, I would be just as happy if it's another 12-13 episodes of fanservice. Preferably more oppai hunting.
