Too well in fact, in addition to currently providing their appropriate amp, they're not providing thier appropriate dampening to everything else, meaning bishops and priests are using them when they'd otherwise be suffering, making them harder to come by for their intended classes.

Actually, a friend of mine who's an i/l mage and has a bishop got a fire elemental wand and tried it on his arch mage, and it does infact reduce his damage. He did more damage with a weapon with 0 magic attack.
