However that's only in GMS, that could be different in EMS
Why it isn't fake:
The ban. As far as I know, people using the old item creation hacks couldn't get actual GM powers, less EMS hackers know some voodoo technology or something.
You can whisper GMs if the GM doesn't mind being whispered. In this case, the GM didn't know how to not be whispered. I think only the hat makes the logo.
