It's just a saying. What I mean is, it seemed like every version of MS was getting an extremely huge patch, but it looks like MSea isn't going to get one. Hopefully we get CWK 2 on wednsday. Doesn't look like it's gonna happen though (didn't think it would). Usually they don't have patches when events end. The event ends, but the patch usually doesn't come til the week after.
