This seems like a very complex idea to implement. I'm not sure why people would say no however...
Nevertheless, something else I would like to be able to see when my cooldown skills are ready instead of trying to hit a button and being told "You may not use this skill yet." My pots occupy my quickslots since I don't like running out of pots and not knowing.
