The reason this rule is implemented is not to stir up "drama" (though this isn't at all the word for situations such as this), but to keep it to a minimum. Talk about "blowing things out of proportion"; whenever someone accuses anyone of hacking, the thread derails into a yo-mama fight.
P.S. I'm starting to think this thread should be closed and remade by someone else less biased.

The thread derailed in the way that it did BECAUSE of the rule. If the rule didn't exist it would be an open and shut case with two possible outcomes. Evidence posted: he is a hacker. No evidence: didn't happen, TC lies.
