The reason this rule is implemented is not to stir up "drama" (though this isn't at all the word for situations such as this), but to keep it to a minimum. Talk about "blowing things out of proportion"; whenever someone accuses anyone of hacking, the thread derails into a yo-mama fight.
P.S. I'm starting to think this thread should be closed and remade by someone else less biased. :C
