Clean Slate Glitch?

Anyone else feel that a Scroll that works 1% of the time are a bit too obscure? I'm not saying that this isn't a glitch, but it's possible they intended it to work this way.

As it wasn't designed by the same developer team, it's more of "dam we haven't thought about that", they clearly poorly coded white scroll as a straight "slot++" without much of a verification... just like when they imported magatia from kMS they just filtered out the items that weren't in the data: hence the monster book card for instance.

Didn't Nexon fired half of their developer in Vancouver not so long ago? Some stress at the company, and oups mistake's done.

Please stop trying to see some obscure hidden purposes from Nexon, it's obviously a glitch
