Well I would guess a lot since it would seem they are the 4 grand masters and not regular mobs. So they are likely to be the multi boss fight we have heard so much about. I'm basing this on a quote from the Q&A. Though I would have thought there would have been a couple more new mobs, for the PQ at least.

Current. One of the things we noticed was people wanted more pure spawn maps aside from the caves, so think of the seperate maps as enemy guild halls.
