Clean Slate Glitch?

So pretty much what this boils down to is I say it's a glitch, you say it was intended that people should be able to use particular scrolls to give 6th slots to capes etc.? Which of course is if that guy was telling the truth... but still. I guess the only thing to do is wait it out.

I'm not saying it was intended. I'm saying is that it's a feature. (Sometimes features can be indeed accepted. For example, lets say that you bought a Coke from the soda machine and a Sprite fell out. However, you accept the Sprite and walk away.)

All we can do is wait. We do not have the authority to determine what is a glitch and what isn't. Only Nexon has the authority to do that. Therefore arguments revolving around whether or not it's glitching is pointless.
