I never noticed the animation until I got it. I didn't notice the girl was wearing a bikini until one night I was randomly casting all my skills for fun and noticed it. I'll admit though, after I noticed it the first time, I kept casting and recasting it to see what it looked like cause of this:

It looks nice because most people, whether they know it or not, are pedophiles at heart. The youthfulness symbolizes some sort of perfection in the mind. Maybe it's natures way of distinguishing which would more likely guarantee reproduction.
