I would think that they do, since MapleSEA mentions item removal as consequences in their User Abuse Policy. The question is whether NEXON actually would bother to do so. I don't remember hearing about item removal as a consequence on NEXON's part, and the fact that people managed to dupe the 20 mil scroll required for 4th job to NPC back for 10 mil to flood mesos into the market further makes it not likely.
