PM away, if you can figure out how to do it. Is it hard, living as a lobotomy patient? we can all see the effects on your grammar, vocabulary, common sense, and thought process, but how does it effect you in real contexts? Is it awkward? Do you tell people sometimes so they understand why you struggle for words like some kind of parrot with hydrocephaly? Does your pneumoencephalopathy hurt your relationships with your peers? How about your cranial rectosis?
