White Scrolls:

You White scroll the item before it's scrolled and it leaves the slot if the scroll fails.
You apply a Clean Slate to an Item after it has lost a slot, and if it succeeds, it adds the slot back to the item.
How would White Scroll + Clean Slate make a scroll automatically work. The scroll is still based off percent chance, and has nothing to do with the White Scroll or Clean Slate Scroll.
Even if this is real. I doubt you would see perfect items left and right, do to lack of Clean slate scrolls.
If there is a glitch that makes Clean Slates work 100%- Now that is a different story, and could be a problem.
Fix'd. Gach box event remember? They might still be expensive, but there's still a hell of a lot of them.
