Well, even if they keep a time limit but raise it a bit, mardia is screwed even more. Because of our lack of high leveled NLs, we kill a lot slower than other servers. Our fastest legit horntail time is around 1 hr and 15 mins, while scania's is around 30 minutes I hear.
If you're ever apart of a ht in a small server, you'd see how bad it is to have so few high levels in a server. Runs are often canceled because not enough attackers or drks show up, or they just plain fail because a few key members dc during the run. The same few people are always brought because there is simply no one else high leveled enough to horntail. Warriors need the acc to hit ht, ranged need the hp, and I guess it doesn't really matter for bishops, but we have tons of those anyway. Strategy is important obviously, but if we have no one to do the job, it just isn't possible.
