You can't take a lvl 10x party and go kill zak, but you can definently do it on this guy.

Granted not a single party, but Zakum lets 30 people in and I have been on runs that defeated him with not much more than a couple 11x.


Of course with people the way they are a 2-3hr run would be strongly discouraged cuts into profit time for helm sellers.
