Yeah, I think it's pretty cool.

I've been lurking on the TF2 steam forums and everyone's been complaining about it. I don't see what's so bad about it. It makes the scout run really fast, which pretty much makes him invinvible to bullets for a few seconds, but then afterwards he's slowed down because he crashed, which means he's an easy target. I guess the people over there just hate consumables Rolleyes

Also, lol @ Steam TF2 forums thinking it's a spy update.
