At what level PA Fury is it feasible, for training, to use over Slash Blast?

We assume no dex, full mastery and no FA. STR = x, Weapon attack = y. m = weapon multiplier.

MAX = (x * m) * y / 100
MIN = (x * m * 0.9 * 0.6) * y / 100

Therefore, avg must be:

(MAX + MIN)/2 = ((x * m) * y / 100 + (x * m * 0.9 * 0.6) * y / 100)/2
AVG = ((x * m) + (x * m * 0.9 * 0.6)) y / 200
AVG = ((x * m) + (x * m * 0.9 * 0.6)) y / 200
AVG = ((1 + 0.9 * 0.6) x * m) y /200
AVG = (1 + 0.9 * 0.6)mxy/200
AVG = (1 + 0.9 * 0.6)mk/200
(We assume x and y are constant, and replace with k)

For slashes, m = 5.0. These happen with a 3/5 rate.
For stabs, m = 3.0. These happen with a 2/5 rate.

TAVG = AVG(m = 5.0) * 3/5 + AVG(m = 3.0) * 2/5
TAVG = (AVG(m = 5.0) * 3 + AVG(m = 3.0) * 2)/5
TAVG = (AVG(m = 5.0) * 3 + AVG(m = 3.0) * 2)/5
TAVG = (AVG(m = 15.0) + AVG(m = 6.0))/5
TAVG = AVG(m = 21.0)/5
TAVG = AVG(m = 4.2)

Thus, the average weapon multiplier for slash blast is 4.2.
For PA Fury, the average weapon multiplier is 5.0.

With maxed SB:
TAVG = AVG(m = 4.2) * 1.3
TAVG = AVG(m = 5.46)
(Not completely right due to wdef, but it reduces more for SB, so it goes to their favour)

Basically, m needs to be over 5.46 to beat SB. The percentage for fury must then be:

AVG(m = 5.0) * x > AVG(m = 5.46)
AVG(m = 5.0) > AVG(m = 5.46/x) /(Since x has to be positive)
x > 1.092

That happens at level 4 with Fury.

I could calculate with FA implemented as well, but I don't think I have to state that level 3 PA Fury beats maxes Slash Blast. Besides, we do not add in the extended range. It should be better at level 1, even.

TL;DR (or didn't understand)

Level 4 Fury beats Slash Blast definitely. Level 1 should beat Slash Blast, though no exact calculations have been done.
