I'd drop the level of both boosters to max Threaten, since it actually improves the more points you put in it :x
As for 3rd job, I'd say you could go Fire-Flame-Ice-Blizzard, or Fire-Flame-Ice-Thunder... Charge Blow either way.
Is it too late to convince you BW is not worth it
with your 15scg + 4 cape + 2 shoe, the 118 Morningstar is about as strong as a 106/5 Devil's Sunrise when you use Warrior Elixirs, and a 103/3 when you use Apples. The 120 Battle Hammer (assuming you get a 12 shield) is as strong as a 105/4 Sparta with Warrior Elixirs, or a 98 clean Sparta with Apples.
Really if you "need" to have BW option I'd say build like that
