in the main server, for most people a (!) egg drops for ever 100~200 (?) eggs
EXP eggs are WAY more common than (!) why not check the rates with Insoya?
And, the blue message appears when getting the following scrolls
10%, 60% scroll for Belt DEX, INT, LUK, STR

60% chaos scroll
