Most of them are minor transactions, similar to your "50-100 trades within the hour", except that I don't have to make that many an hour. To answer you, the 8atk wgs popping up for 221 nx happen sporadically and if I miss, I probably won't get another one for that day. I can't really give you a "timer" on how often they pop up, but that's what makes it fun I guess, is the random wtp moments that sometimes happens.
