As for suggestion, I think Nintendium is just dumb. Sounds too much like "Nintendo" and would you really want to be referred to as a figment of this popular gaming company? Even though it's not exactly the same, when people start abbreviating your name, they'll eventually settle for Nintendo. My name is constantly abbreviated. Harrisonized ~> Harasonized ~> Harrison (which is my real name) ~> Harris ~> Harry ~> Harr. However, in your case it'll just stop at Nintendo because that's really what the easiest thing to type out is as anything less wouldn't be as... available I guess. I don't know how to explain it.
Drachula sounds ok, but like your "i" to "l" logic, this doesn't work very well. Instead of using "Dracula", you're merely inserting a letter, which is similar to making "fuhck" the same as "f'uck".
That leave's Maschalismos left. Which, I think it sounds like gibberish. Which means it fails your fourth requirement.
That means now I can go on and suggest a name for you. For your name, I suggest... OpiumStar. IDK why I suggested that. Maybe it's cuz your forum name "Opeth" sounds like Opium and you can't really have "OpiumScar" as that wouldn't make sense. So I'll just suggest OpiumStar even though I know you probably won't be considering it. =/
