Anything that's worth it. (which are pretty much the popular ones) You have to judge for yourself.
Up above, the first post of this page, I mentioned if I posted all my good deals here, there'd be a ridiculous amount... the other ones aren't as obvious. I posted that 27int overall and you got confused, which was why I only posted the better deals for the less experienced people. You really have to judge for yourself, and you have to practice practice practice. You'll get it eventually though.
The real roadblock is thinking in terms of nx. Not all sale prices align perfectly to meso outside of the server. Converting takes too long. By the time you've made a calculation, the item will be gone. Start thinking in terms of NX.
Would you say then that to MTS, one should treat the place like how one plays the WoW auction house? WoW auction house is somewhat similar to the MTS system in the sense not only can you search for items, they have a Buyout option where it's the exact same thing as buying something immediately.
Also, how much should one worry about a fluctuation in prices in the MTS? For WoW auction house, the average price of items can go up or own easily over the course of a few days, or every other week. Of course, the WoW auction house is server wide, while the MTS system is shared between all servers. >.>
