As of now, 10 minute cooldown of Hero's Will is too long and thus anyone trying to solo will die of seduce. That's why you only see HT Head solos.

Even head solos would need someone to take the seduce.

And I think even a 1min cooldown is far too little to be of any use, since it often casts it several times in that span. But the real fault lies in the fact that HT mana drains you, and if it does while you're seduced, you'll have no chance of using the skill.

They should take away the mana requirement =/
