You can't solo Horntail unless Nexon somehow got smarter and released the last 5 levels of Hero's Will so that the cooldown is only 1 minute.

As of now, 10 minute cooldown of Hero's Will is too long and thus anyone trying to solo will die of seduce. That's why you only see HT Head solos.
