Burst Fire maxed. Now what?

I think more than level 1 splitter is required if you're not sniping. Should be easy to deduce if one doesn't leech all the time. The one second freeze just makes it annoying by needing to freeze so constantly.

Also, having long lasting freeze helps wherever you train. Eg. Being unable to find Jr. Newtie maps due to all of them being used by leechers~

Um, my post is specified directly for sniping so of course the build revolves around sniping. Even with appropriate HP and stuff, I don't think it's advisable to do bottom until 9x~10x+. Just because you seem to have a thing against leechers doesn't mean you should vent it here.

You don't need ice to snipe and sniping at 80 is easy exp. 20~25%/hr on x1.
