Wasn't there once a mistakenly placed World Map of Amoria with the Dragon Clan door in the middle of it?
Looking at the picture of the statue, I think it was completed before the release of pirates, but after the release of pirates, Nexon felt that pirates needed some representation and added the gun in there, forgetting about that fact. The reason I think this is because the gun is pretty awkwardly placed on the statue; I don't think the sketch plan would've looked like that O.o
