Windraiders are still better exp at that level, unless your equips are so godly you're averaging 10k Bursts or something at level 80. And if you are, you should be at Cavern of Pain instead
20 second Octo still sucks, I'd wait until 30 seconds. I honestly found Octopus to be pretty useless until it was 30 seconds.Newties is only for the really lazy. You can officially get better exp at Newties in late 8x, once the level difference penalty is under 20%.
