I like the idea of having it at ranges, probably not as many though maybe something like 100-120/120- 140/140+ that way it can keep more people happy. The rewards would have to be carefully tailored too though. I dont think it would be right for lower level people to get the same rewards as those that do a harder PQ, like the Christmas PQ. I am pretty sure there is a zero % chance that it will be like that though. I think it would be a really bad move if it had an upper level limit. Since it could exclude a lot of people that have been waiting for this high level PQ.
