As far as I can see now, Nexon has sent a letter to them with conditions under which Nexon agrees to settle the case, and the Odin people have sent this letter back to Nexon in reply. They state they don't agree with all conditions Nexon states (blackened text).
I guess they want to settle so they can go on with their lives and Nexon drops their case against them.
That's all, nothing more, nothing less... It happens all the time in the legal world...
Also, I see in the letter, the main complaint from Nexon is about the OdinMS.exe file, not the servercode itself. Nexon asks them to ceise using the OdinMS.exe -CLIENT- file (the hex editted maplestory.exe file to adjust the server IP adress) to connect to their home made server.
So, Nexon's main focus is Odin's hex editted OdinMS.exe, not the home made server software itself...
