No way in hell i'm doing drain because it's SO DAMN FAST.

I realized 5 seconds after my first post that the PG effect hits at the same time as touch damage. But then I guess my real question is how many times you can take touch damage in a certain amount of time? But I guess there's no point to that, since not many people would purposely hug a major boss just for some extra PG damage.
As for Drain, I can't say for sure but doesn't it seem to be just as fast as Flash Fist?

P.S. Btw, I'm the same guy who sent you the mail inquiring about attack speeds.
